Starting the Circuit

Hello everyone, once again!
As you might of seen (ahum..), it is August 29th today. This means that I've started working on mij 101/1001 list!

Before I start telling you what I have, haven't and am planning to achieve this week, I have to admit.. I've completed the easiest goal already, thrice (yes, thrice!).
You might think that is quite applaudable, but let me tell you which task I am talking about, before you give me a standing ovation.
Remember the following tast?
50. Fall in love

Yeah, I've sort of completed that task already, to my own disguist. It wasn't even really a tast - I must admit, I cheated a bit on this one - because I was sort-of in love before I tasted my 101/1001 list. Oh well. I'm sure I'm not the only one in the world who messed arount the rules a little.
Coming week week I'm hoping to start the following tasks:

11. Do at least 20min of Yoga, starting at 5:45 a.m, for 22 weeks,
including weekends. (0/22)
12. Resisting temptation: stare at a bowl full of
sweets for 1h, not touching it and not eating during the stare.
15. Go to bed
at 10 p.m., 40 weeks running. (0/40)
17. Stop chewing fingers, 10 weeks
running. (0/10)
46. Get through two school-weeks without sending a single
sms.
52. Watch the sun rise 20 times. (0/20)
53. Watch the sun set 20
times. (0/20)
60. Hug a tree.
68. Take part in a foreign celebration for
24h.

I know it's quite a lot, but I guess I'm up for it.
For now I've gotta run, but I'll keep you posted!

Intro / Setting a goal

Hi everyone!

Since this is my first blog (and the first time I'm having a go at blogging), I'll just introduce myself. The name is Arya Black, and you could describe me as a 15-year old teenage girl who is extremely bored at this point in time. Yes, that's right. Extremely bored.

Now that you know me (snigger), I'll just explain why I've started blogging. You remember that I said that I was extremely bored? Yes? Good. Well, I have this problem more often - you could call it an addiction I guess, but it's not an addiction I enjoy; quite the opposite. My addiction is quite severe I guess, as I've starting blogging, lmao. Joke. I've started blogging for quite a different reason than boredom, although it is related.

Let's see.. Lately my addiction has started annoying me, if you get me. How can boredom annoy you? Well, it's easier than you think. I got sick of seeing how I was wasting my short little life with being bored, so I decided to (finally!) do something about it, instead of wasting my time doing.. nothing I guess. Nothing usefull at least.
I was just scolling around on a few forums for ideas for getting rid of my boring life, and guess what; I've found the answer. The person who thought this up had a complete ureka-moment whilst being bored, if you ask me. Well, without further delay, I'll just announce what this brilliant activity that is going to keep me from being bored is, shall I? It is quite known, and it's called "101 things in 1001 days". Quite exiting, uh? I decided on doing this to set a 'few' goals for myself.. To get me of my lazy ass and do something with my life. It was a hard decision, but I don't regret it at all: on the contrary, I'd happily advise anyone who needs a little more action and motivation in his or her life, to start 101 things in 1001 days.
As this is still a Blog, I guess I'll talk a bit more about this goal-setting. The minute you start '101T1001D' (siriously.. it's too long to keep on typing it over, and over, and over..), you don't get the time to be bored. First you have to make a list of 101 things to do.. offcourse they have to be a bit of a challenge though. I think I had an advantage over others though; during my 1001days I'm going to turn 16 (*cheers*), so that gave me a few things to add to my list (#45. Get wasted 5 times within 10 months after 16th birthday [untill March 2011]) (yeah, that really is on my list, lol). So that kept me busy for an hour or.. 4 I guess? Yeah, quite long, I know. But every number is precious to me, as I really want to complete all my goals in the 1001days to keep me busy.
I've decided to start working on my 101T1001D on the 26th of August 2009. This is my first schoolday, you see, and I thought it would be quite appropriate to start my list the same day as I start school. It can't be helped now. I have to complete all my tasks before the 23rd of May 2012. Untill I start my 101T1001D task, I won't be blogging - only 1 new post to show you my 101 tasks. Apart from that, I will be attempting to enjoy my holiday, as I hope the rest of you are doing.
